Rough Draft

The Rough Draft of your research paper is due IN CLASS on Monday. We will be peer editing the papers, so YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PAPER IN CLASS!

A Rough Draft is basically the same as a final draft. Please write your paper to the best of your ability. Someone in your class will be reading and editing it. Show your very best work.

You must include the Works Cited page at the end of your paper.

Introduction Paragraph-- First HW Grade of the Quarter

Your Research Paper Intro Paragraph is due on Monday. This will be your first grade of Quarter 2.
If you ended the first quarter with a lower grade than you wanted, start off the second quarter on the right foot and post your Intro Paragraph directly to your blog.

If you do not have internet or a computer, turn the Intro Paragraph in during class on Monday. You will have to transfer it to your blog by THURSDAY.

End of the Quarter

If I do not have your research paper thesis and outline on your blog by the end of the day FRIDAY, you will receive a FAILING grade for those assignments for the quarter.


Once I have turned in your quarter grades, they CANNOT change.


Colleges WILL see your GPA from every quarter in high school. 
Do not play catch-up, start ahead.

Research Paper Outline

Your research paper outline is due Monday, October 17. You can either type it out, hand-write it, or post it directly to your blog.

If you choose not to directly post it to your blog, you MUST post it to your blog by Thursday, October 20.
